Beautiful skin is the result of care and commitment but not miracles. A Healthy and Beautiful skin is the real jewellery and needs the strong commitment of care and diet both. Glowing and flawless skin is the dream of every woman. But, pollution, stress, junk food and hectic schedule are the main reasons for major skin problems and early ageing. All these reasons are unavoidable but yet manageable.
We are trying to re-emphasis on the importance of good skin care habits that we all know but do not follow.

Sleeping time and hours
Sleeping for around Minimum eight hours is needed to regain the energy levels and repair the damage of cells which are due to fatigue. Sound and adequate sleep make us feel refreshing in body and mind both by controlling the stress hormone levels. Along with the hours of sleep, timing of sleep is also important as best sleeping hours are 10 PM to 6 PM.

Make-up Application
Apply Make-up according to the need and occasion basis only. Make-up makes you look beautiful and glamorous but do not forget it is an artificial layer on the face. It stops your skin from breathing. Most importantly never sleep in the night with the make-up on your face as it does not enable your skin to get repaired from the damage.

Replace junk food with veggies, fruits and fibre
Fresh fruits and vegetables are full of nutrients and fibre and detoxify the body in a very natural way. Detoxification prevents early ageing and makes you feel energetic and fresh certainly. Junk food is a store-house of fats only and above all without any nutrient too which makes our body and skin unhealthy. Green tea, lemon juice, nuts and berries are full of antioxidants and must be the part of the diet. Replace cold drinks and Soda drinks with fresh juices and coconut water.

Exercise and work out
Sweating is very important and likewise a natural way of cleansing the body. Sweating makes the toxins get out of our body and make it healthy. Regular exercise and workouts are required to keep the body active and to sweat out the toxins out of the body in a natural way. Jogging, running and swimming are the most effective work out for the healthy body and mind. Exercise improves the blood circulation and immune system of your body.

Drink more water
Hydration is very important for the body. Drink a lot to keep body and skin hydrated and water is very important component for keeping the skin and body healthy and glowing. Clean your body from inside in a natural way by drinking more water.
